No, the username and password will not be the same.
In Glooko®, everyone on the team will be able to log in individually using their own email address as a username and their own password. Each individual will still have access to the same reports and patients.
Please note that the password must contain: Minimum 8 characters, 1 number and 1 of the following special characters !@#
During the upgrade process, the account Administrator will be able to log in first with her/his email address and password and she/he will then be responsible for creating the different individual accounts for the rest of the team.
