In diasend® it is possible to connect a few CGM apps so that the data from those apps comes in to diasend® automatically.
Sometimes, the dataflow between diasend® and these apps stops for different reasons. If this happens, there are some steps that you can take:
For LibreLink
1. Please note that the connection between LibreLink and diasend® is only available in Sweden and Norway. If you are not in one of these countries, you can still connect the app, but data will not come through.
2. If you are in one of the correct countries and data is not coming through, please try to reconnect the app in the diasend® account.
- Go to diasend.com and log in
- Click on "connect app"
- Click on "disconnect"
- Connect the application to diasend® again
- In the new window that opens, log in to the LibreLink account and allow data sharing between diasend® and LibreLink.
- Scan your Libre sensor with the LibreLink mobile app
- Data should come in within one hour.
3. If data still does not come through, please check whether the correct LibreLink account has been linked to diasend®. You can check this by logging in to Libreview.
If you can see recent data there, and it is not being transferred to diasend, please contact our support.
If the data is not there either, the data could be on another Libreview account. In this case, please contact the manufacturer, Abbott to get the correct login credentials.
For Dexcom G5/G6 App
If you have connected the Dexcom app to diasend® and data is not coming through, please try to reconnect the app in the diasend® account.
- Go to diasend.com and log in
- Click on "connect app"
- Click on "disconnect"
- Connect the application to diasend® again
- In the new window that opens, log in to the Dexcom account and allow data sharing between diasend® and Dexcom.
- Data should come in within 15-20 min.
If data still does not come through, please check whether the correct Dexcom account has been linked to diasend®. You can check this by logging in to Dexcom Clarity.
If you can see recent data there, and it is not being transferred to diasend, please contact our support.
If the data is not there either, the data could be on another Dexcom account. In this case, please contact the manufacturer or your local Dexcom distributor to get the correct login credentials.
For Eversense (Senseonics)
If you have connected the Eversense app to diasend® and data is not coming through, please try to reconnect the app in the diasend® account.
- Go to diasend.com and log in
- Click on "connect app"
- Click on "disconnect"
- Connect the application to diasend® again
- In the new window that opens, log in to the Eversense account
- Data should come in within 24 hours.
If data still does not come through, please check whether the correct Eversense account has been linked to diasend®. You can check this by logging in to Eversense DMS.
If you can see recent data there, and it is not being transferred to diasend, please contact our support.
If the data is not there either, the data could be on another Eversense account. In this case, please contact the manufacturer or your local Eversense distributor to get the correct login credentials.
