It might happen that, during the upload of an Accu-Chek Aviva Expert (or other Accu-Chek device with infrared) on diasend®, one of the following errors might appear: T13 - T18 - T14
Usually it happens after the upload reaches 75%.
These error codes often are generated by an interrupted/unstable infrared connection due to the wrong positioning of the meter in front of the infrared receiver (Accu-Chek 360 Realtyme cable).
See picture below to find out the exact way to position the meter:
Also, please add the serial number of the Accu-Chek device into the diasend® Account:
1) Log in on diasend®
2) Select "my profile"
3) Scroll down to the part "glucose meters and CGM devices" or "Insulin pumps"
4) Enter the serial number of the meter/pump in one of the empty fields
5) Scroll down and select "save my information"
When uploading, you should open the diasend® Uploader first, then connect the Realtyme cable. A green tick should appear on the diasend® Uploader next to "connect cable...".
Place the infrared eye of the meter in front of the Realtyme on a flat surface, making sure they are not moving/touching it. Also please make sure that no direct light could be disturbing the infrared data transfer.
