The patient overview tab in the diasend® Clinic account, displays a list of all patients who are actively using a CGM device. Based on the CGM values available in the patient accounts, they can then be sorted based on:
- Time In Range (%)
- Severe low (%)
- CGM duration (%)
- Latest CGM reading (date)
By selecting the “i” symbol on the right top corner of the table, the rules applied for the data displayed in the list will be specified (see print screen below).
- Only patients who have CGM data available in the account will show up in the list.
- The number of patients appearing in the list can differ based on the time interval which is selected. The time interval will be set automatically to 90 days but can also be adjusted to 14 days or 7 days. If set to 90 days, then all patients with new CGM values within these 90 days will appear.
- The calculations are done based on a standard target range which is set automatically. Note! This also means that if you select the patient from this patient overview list and start reviewing the values in the patient account, it could be that the TIR % will be slightly different because in the patient account we use the personalized target range which is set by the patient itself.
