You will find the compatibility list here. Please note that some devices are compatible on diasend® Transmitter or Glooko Transmitter but not yet on diasend® Uploader.
If your device is compatible, make sure that you first open the diasend® Uploader software, then connect the appropriate cable for your device (try a different cable is possible + connect to a different USB port on the computer). This helps your computer and our software to recognize the cable.
