Uploader says “Scanning for Device” but nothing is happening?

Make sure the device is compatible.
- You will find the compatibility list by following the link below. Please note that some devices are compatible on diasend® Transmitter but not yet on diasend® Uploader:

Compatible devices - Uploader

If your device is compatible, make sure that you first open the diasend® Uploader, then connect the appropriate cable for your device. This helps your computer and our software to recognize the cable.

When you open diasend® Uploader, you will notice a message below the spinning wheel that reads "No detected cable connected yet". When you connect your cable, this message will disappear. After this, your device can be connected.

Quick guide for patients

For Animas pumps: Make sure you suspend the pump and that the pump is “awake”. Then place the small IR window at the back of the pump facing the window on the Actisys infrared cable.

If this doesn’t solve the issue. Please send us a request and indicate the exact device model and the type of cable you are using and we will assist you.
