Uploader says “Scanning for Device” but nothing is happening?

Make sure the device is compatible.
You will find the compatibility list here. Please note that some devices are compatible on diasend® Transmitter but not yet on diasend® Uploader.

If your device is compatible, make sure that you first open the diasend® Uploader, then connect the appropriate cable for your device. This helps your computer and our software to recognize the cable.

If you have an Animas pump and it is not detected, please click here for help.

If you have a FreeStyle Libre and it is not detected, please click here for help.

If this doesn’t solve the issue please send us a request and indicate the exact device model and the type of cable you are using and we will assist you.
