1. Username or password may be incorrect
If you can’t log into Food Loader with your username and password, please try to log into your diasend® account with the same username and password at www.diasend.com. If you can’t log in, it may be the username and/or password you entered is not correct. Please click on “forgot password” in the login window, follow the steps to reset your password and try again.
2. Installation of the food loader was done incorrectly
If your username and password are correct, you may have selected the wrong server location when you installed Food Loader.
- Log into your diasend® account
- Go to “tools” and click on the Food Loader icon to download the installation file
- Open the downloaded file and run the installation
- In the installation process, when prompted to select a server location, please select “Sweden”, “USA” or “other” depending on your physical location. If you select “USA” while your account is registered on the server for Swedish accounts, Food Loader won’t be able to find your account to upload the data.
