Why can’t I log in to Food Loader?

1. Username or password may be incorrect

If you can’t log in to Food Loader with your username and password, please try to log in to your diasend® account with the same username and password at If you can’t log in, it may be the username and/or password you entered is not correct. Please click on “forgot password” in the login window, follow the steps to reset your password and try again.


2. Installation of the food loader was done incorrectly 

If your username and password are correct, you may have selected the wrong server location when you installed Food Loader. 

  • Log in to your diasend® account
  • Go to “Tools” and click on the Food Loader icon to download the installation file
  • Open the downloaded file and run the installation
  • During the installation process, when prompted to select a server location, please select your country of residence in the drop down list. Please make sure that you do not select "Sweden" unless this is your country of residence.
