Why do I get an error message when I try to upload?

If you have initiated an upload/transmission, but receive an error message from the diasend Uploader before the transmission is complete, please do the following:

1. Click the button "Upload another device". Sometimes there can be a temporary connection issue.

2. Disconnect the device from the cable and try to upload the device again. If this fails, close the diasend Uploader and open it up again. Try to start a new upload.

3. If the problem is recurring, please submit a request to us and tell us which error message you received and if possible the specific error code. Please also specify the date and time (incl time zone) of your last upload attempts which resulted in this error. The more specific you can be when it comes to date and time, the easier it will be for us to help you.
