If you have started to upload data using your diasend® Uploader but get an error message before the upload is complete, please make sure that your device is compatible with diasend® Uploader. You find our updated compatibility list here.
Please also make sure that the Uploader is compatible with your computer. You find the compatible operating systems here.
If it is compatible, you are using the right cable and it is a recurring problem, please submit a request to us and tell us which error message you received and, if possible, the specific error code. Please also specify the date and time (including time zone) of your last upload attempts which resulted in this error. The more specific you can be when it comes to date and time, the easier it will be for us to help you.
