You can check the signal strength and quality by logging into your diasend® Clinic account and go to the tab "Account Profile". Every time the diasend® Transmitter is unplugged and plugged in again, the latest signal strength/quality is updated. This can help you find the best location and position for your diasend® Transmitter. The signal strength/quality can vary quite a lot between different rooms and also between different locations within a room. If possible, try placing the diasend® Transmitter close to a window.
Please note that there may be temporary disturbances with the GSM network.
-If the signal strength/quality is poor, please wait a couple of hours and then try uploading again. If you are having recurring problems with the GSM network, please contact our support.
