Why can't I see the uploaded device in the ”Clinic” list?

Possible causes and solutions:

  • The page has not been reloaded. Remember to always click on the "Reload page" link in the Clinic view after transmitting/uploading new devices. You do not need to log out for it to update.
  • The transmission may not have been successful. Make sure the green OK indicator/light on your transmitter is lit. If not, please download again and do not remove the device until the download is complete.

  • The transmission was not performed today. Please note that uploaded devices can only be viewed in the clinic list within the same day as the transmission/upload. The Clinic list is reset at midnight every day.
